An engineer with relevant qualification & experience can join us as PC Support engineers for field engineering. Engineers performing well are nominated for IBM Training & certification.
The performing PC support engineers are induced on Server Support under guidance of senior engineers. After periodic review of performance is then chosen for IBM Server Training Programme & certification.
After spending 5yrs with us , the engineers has a choice of either moving towards specialization as a Technical Specialist or choose to become a team leader & grow in the field of Management. Those employees who choose to management path are sponsored for Part time Business management courses.
Fresh Engineers interested to pursue career with us can join us on OJT(On Job Trainee) terms for a maximum period of six months on stipend. On successful completion of training we absorb the good candidates provided vacancy exists. |
