Maitreyee IT Services was formed on 3rd February 1999 by our founder Mr. Uttam K Bardhan & the company was subsequently registered as a Private Limited firm. The company got appointed as a Service Partner of IBM Global Services for the city of Pune to commence with & subsequently in the year 2001 we expanded to Mumbai & Ahmedabad.

This is a registered firm under the Companies Act. Our founder is the Managing director of this company.

The objective of the company is to provide focused services to IT Users. Our major activity is to provide focused services to IBM customers who have an Annual Maintenance contract directly with IBM or under IBM's direct warranty coverage. MITSPL therefore acts as an extended arm of IBM India.

Over the last so many years of successful operations we have also emerged as one of the Major Resource Deployers to IBM India in the areas of Technical Services. Our engineers are located in Gurgaon, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Jamshedpur, Pune, and Mumbai in IBM.
